About the Role:

This Clinical Communication Expert position requires a high level of initiative and skills in planning and organizing work. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to set and meet objectives, find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks, complete work, care, and documentation accurately within agency time frames, and require minimal supervision.

The role involves coordinating and collaborating with the Rehab Director and other professionals to ensure integration of the therapeutic program in the plan of care. Additionally, the candidate will guide and teach patients in techniques, exercises, or precautions designed to improve their ability to swallow and communicate.
