Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and provide education to patients and families on self-care skills and medication management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient independence and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program required; BSN preferred.
  • Sufficient previous clinical experience in medical surgical nursing.
  • Current Arizona RN license or compact state license.
  • BLS Basic Cardiac and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
