Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Tele unit at Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and perform various patient tests and administer medications as needed.
  • Teach patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program, with a BSN preferred.
  • Sufficient previous clinical experience in the area of expertise.
  • A current Arizona RN license or compact state license, and BLS Basic Cardiac & ACLS certification.
