Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable follow up and customer maintenance
  • Accounts Payable processing, payments, and vendor maintenance
  • Customer billing
  • Sales, Property tax, and Business License compliance and payments
  • General Ledger reconciliation and maintenance
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Business process evaluation and improvement
  • Assisting with answering phones, directing calls, and responding to customer/vendor inquiries
  • Operational support for order fulfillment processes and record keeping systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years' experience in an accounting field
  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and writing skills
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to use all Microsoft Office Products
