Join Our Team as a Quality Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Engineer to drive process improvements and ensure the highest quality standards at our Resource Recycling Division in Boss, Missouri.

About Us:

The Doe Run Company is a privately held natural resources company and one of the largest lead producers in the Western Hemisphere. We are dedicated to environmentally responsible mineral and metal production, with facilities in Missouri, Washington, and Arizona.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with plant operators, coordinators, and contractors to develop scope of work for projects.
  • Analyze statistical data and material laboratory test results to evaluate process operation and develop process improvements.
  • Manage the site document control process and ensure compliance with ISO & QS standards.
  • Apply safety and good environmental practices on the floor, including maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, metallurgical, or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or quality management.
  • Quality & Six Sigma experience preferred.
