Qualifications:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant healthcare software.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering quality end-of-life care.
