Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience, with a preference for hospice experience.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant healthcare software.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering quality end-of-life care.
