Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cascades at Riverwalk, a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Midvale, UT.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work the night shift, from 6 PM to 6 AM, with PRN options available. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

• Order and administer medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by the physician.
• Notify the resident's physician and/or family members of any changes in the resident's condition.
• Administer professional nursing practice services, including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, and changing of dressings.
• Monitor and observe seriously ill residents and provide continuous care.
• Act as a patient advocate and ensure that other healthcare team members are providing care according to the resident's care plan and personal wishes.
• Accurately complete necessary charting in a timely manner.
