Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising employees and overseeing the general operations of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Supervision: Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with managers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance store performance.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail operations is required.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment.
