**Job Summary**

The Capital Grille is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area by:

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our discerning guests.
  • Helping guests become aware of and choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
  • Keeping the bar stocked and clean, adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu items and promotions, making recommendations to guests as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to create unique cocktails.
