About the Role:
Cassia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our assisted living campus in New Prague, MN. As a Part-Time Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a supportive and caring team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor residents' responses.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify Clinical Managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in residents' conditions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Current MN RN License required.
- Prior experience working in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
- Eldermark experience a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.
