Core Responsibilities

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing operational oversight for the branch, ensuring adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving transaction or cash discrepancies.
  • Recruiting, supervising, and managing the performance of service line associates.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions.
  • Enhancing customer awareness and education regarding banking services, including digital banking options.
  • Connecting customers with other branch team members or bank partners who can address their financial needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch management is required. Experience in management or supervisory roles within banking is preferred. Key skills include financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services, as well as operations management.
