Call Center Vendor Coordinator

Lumos is seeking a Call Center Vendor Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.

You will evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and resolve billing disputes. Your ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and excellent interpersonal skills make you an ideal candidate for this role.
