Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer Instructor to guide children aged 5-10 in enjoyable and educational activities while prioritizing their safety. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth in various capacities such as coaching, teaching, or mentoring, and has a genuine affection for children. This role is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors and wish to earn competitive compensation while promoting essential life skills through soccer. We provide on-the-job training, a flexible work schedule, and various incentive programs.

You will have access to pre-designed lesson plans and instructional videos, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: fostering children's social skills and teaching them the fundamentals of soccer—all while having fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work up to 15-20 hours weekly with competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour after completing training.
  • Provide individualized attention to ensure every child achieves success.
  • Adopt a non-competitive and imaginative approach to create a fun, stress-free environment.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievements.

About Super Soccer Stars:

Super Soccer Stars was established to deliver top-notch programming and services in youth sports, focusing on creating a positive first sports experience. Our mission is to ensure that every child feels like an athlete and has the potential to achieve greatness. We aim to instill healthy habits from a young age, teach vital life skills, and enhance youth engagement in physical activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be available for weekday afternoons (2 PM - 5 PM) and may need to accommodate some weekday mornings and Saturdays for camps and partnerships.

Location:

Classes are conducted at various schools within the designated counties. Depending on the coach's primary residence, travel may be required, with additional compensation provided.
