Cortica is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our interdisciplinary team, providing gold-standard developmental and medical care to children with autism and other developmental differences. As a Pediatrician on our care team, you will collaborate closely with cognitive-behavioral pediatric neurologists, epileptologists, and pediatric nurse practitioners to diagnose and treat genetic, metabolic, neurological, GI, and other conditions that commonly occur in children with autism and other developmental diagnoses.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive developmental and medical care to patients at Cortica
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to diagnose and treat complex conditions
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to optimize developmental outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical therapies and treatments
- Completed four years of medical school from an accredited university
- Completed three years of residency training in pediatrics
- Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
- Current and unrestricted medical license within the state of provided care
- $3,000 continuing education stipend
- 34 hours per week of direct care with 6 hours of protected time
- Flexible hours morning or afternoons
