The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to provide safe patient care while meeting established productivity guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other clinical and ancillary departments to resolve issues and improve workflow processes.
  • Practice appropriate infection control and isolation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
  • Act as a clinical resource staff and provide supervision to subordinates.
  • Report variances in operations to the Administration promptly.
  • Support and actively participate in Perception of Care Committee initiatives.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State in which performing duties.
  • Preferred one (1) year of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Preferred one (1) year of experience as House Supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and SAMA per facility policy.
  • Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State performing duties.
