Assistant Group Supervisor

**Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Work collaboratively with our experienced childcare team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
**Qualifications and Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 30 credit hours from an accredited college/university in early childhood education or related field.
- Two years' experience working with children in a childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of $10.25.
