Job Overview: The Beaver County YMCA is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Child Watch Staff member. As a vital part of our childcare team, you will provide safe and nurturing care for children while their parents engage in activities at our facility.

Salary: $10.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive and supportive environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.
  • Implement engaging activities and games that promote cognitive development and physical well-being.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Clean and maintain the Child Watch area, including toys, equipment, and facilities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents or accidents to the Group Supervisor.
  • Prioritize maintaining a neat appearance and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Pass a thorough background check.
