We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Program Leader to join our team at START. This role is responsible for leading the implementation and operations of a residential energy efficiency program (Appliance Recycling). The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage internal teams, and ensure program success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project management, customer service, and/or energy efficiency. They must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and financial acumen. A passion for energy efficiency and the clean energy field is desired.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the energy efficiency program(s) to ensure program success.">
  3. Manage internal teams and operational procedures to ensure program success.">
  4. Effectively communicate with internal departments to ensure projects are appropriately funded, resourced, and targeted to exceed client expectations.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, customer service, and/or energy efficiency.">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience effectively leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing teams.">
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.">
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L and/or departmental budgets.">
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data and information along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.">

Salary Range

">

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
