Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Residential Energy Savings Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and operation of residential energy efficiency programs, meeting energy savings goals while staying within budget. This includes supervising local teams, working with external partners, and managing relationships with utility clients and/or prime contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed leader with a background in operations and program management. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for energy efficiency are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and operating residential energy efficiency programs to meet energy savings goals.
  • Supervising local teams and managing relationships with external partners.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure program success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in project management, customer service, and/or energy efficiency.
  • Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and information.

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 annually, based on industry standards and location.
