Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Structural Bridge Engineer to become part of our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in contributing to both traditional and innovative bridge projects. You will play a key role in the design and execution of various bridge types, including Long Span, Segmental, Cable-Stayed, Movable, and Suspension bridges.

Your Impact:

  • Utilize your expertise to design and analyze bridge structures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Lead engineering teams, providing guidance and support to junior engineers and CAD designers.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex engineering tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development of engineering calculations, material estimates, and design specifications.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in bridge engineering design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design is essential; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design software such as Microstation or AutoCAD.
