Solar Electrician Supervisor

Cedar Park Group is seeking a skilled Solar Electrician to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the installation of solar panels and electrical systems, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating with our crew, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing electrical construction tasks in a team environment
• Interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Delegating responsibilities to crew members and contractors
• Conducting quality control inspections on project sites
• Diagnosing malfunctions in systems and taking corrective action
• Organizing and coordinating project materials and equipment
• Reporting project status to supervisors and site engineers
• Leading by example and enforcing safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a lead electrician in commercial construction
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clear understanding of the latest edition of the NEC

Preferred Skills:

• PV installation experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification
