Nursing Opportunity with Ecumen

Ecumen, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. Cloud's St. Benedict's Community.

The successful candidate will provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, treatment, and documentation, under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Director. This role will require coordination and direction of resident care, as well as collaboration with other departments/providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care to residents within the scope of practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
* Coordinate and direct resident care, ensuring timely completion of assessments, documentation, and data collection.
* Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered, observing and monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes as necessary.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* A degree from an accredited school of nursing for the Licensed Practical Nurse program
* Current LPN licensure in the state in which they are working
* Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility
