Mail Processing Specialist

As a Mail Processing Specialist with MSCCN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. With an estimated annual salary of $45,000, this role involves performing a variety of sales and customer service tasks at a retail window or lobby, including selling postal products and services, accepting and delivering packages and mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and offering assistance with product selection and use of self-service kiosk
- Maintaining appearance of store by arranging and replenishing displays and merchandise racks
- Distributing and scanning incoming and outgoing mail at a post office, branch or station
- Performing mail processing tasks such as preparing work area, loading mail onto automated equipment, and removing mail from bins
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register
