As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical impairments and functional limitations.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient education and training to promote self-management and independence.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience working with patients with a variety of physical impairments and conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
