Job Title: Dining Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating patient meal service, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality food and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient meal service, including menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery.
  • Oversee the training and development of Dining on Call staff.
  • Work closely with Nutrition Operators to ensure that patient dietary needs are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, and delivery processes.
  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
