Catering Runner

We are seeking a Catering Runner to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience for events such as luncheons, weddings, proms, business meetings, and other functions.

• Set tables and buffet areas for service
• Accommodate all guests and address inquiries
• Replenish buffet food, refill beverages, and remove dirty dishes from tables
• Assist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient service
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 18 years or older
• Customer service oriented, positive attitude, and openness to learn
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, work quickly, and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Very organized with a strong attention to detail and effective communication
• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
• Available for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders
