We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and commissioning complex mechanical systems for critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems for data center cooling, including HVAC, CFD, and other related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee commissioning processes to ensure mechanical systems meet design specifications.
- Work with business development teams to respond to RFPs and develop new business opportunities.
- Represent Pkaza LLC in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- 3-7 years of experience designing data center cooling systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus.
- LEED certification a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical systems, including HVAC, CFD, boilers, chillers, pumps, CRAC/CRAH units, air handling units, and other related equipment.
- Equipment sizing and calculations expertise.
- Experience reviewing work in REVIT and proficiency in Trane Trace or IES VE Energy Modeling software a plus.
- Familiarity with the design process of building systems for mission-critical projects or healthcare/hospital environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
- Previous experience in the military or military veterans a plus.
