We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Estrem & Company. As a key member of our commercial projects team, you will assist in the administrative and technical management of projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
- Perform estimating functions during the preconstruction and construction process.
- Manage the budget, schedule, plans, and specifications for assigned projects using ProCore.
- Review and comprehend submittals and shop drawings.
- Process and track RFIs, inputting information in ProCore and distributing answers to relevant parties.
- Attend meetings as required and assist with the preparation and submission of monthly Pay Applications to Owners and Subcontractors.
- Monitor and maintain project safety and quality standards.
- Complete project closeout for the Owner within 30 days of substantial completion.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in commercial project management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- OSHA10 certification required.
- OSHA30 certification preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid, Florida Driver's License required.
