Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to our manufacturing and distribution operations, including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to manage headcount, support business needs, and develop effective new hire onboarding and training programs.
- Lead our Retention, Rewards, and Recognition Employee Involvement Teams to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
