Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Homer Skelton CDJR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Nurture and develop long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and expand product knowledge to become a subject matter expert on our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and technologies.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to customers.
  • Follow-up and Referrals: Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a strong network of contacts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, objectives, and analyses.

  • Availability and Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Possess a self-starter mentality and an ambitious spirit to drive sales success.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
