Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients while driving team performance towards achieving key metrics such as profitability and safety.
  • Participate in regional leadership discussions to share best practices and promote diversity.
  • Manage accounts within your territory, making informed decisions that consider both immediate and long-term impacts.
  • Support senior leadership in establishing a positive cultural environment within the district.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with clients and participating in community events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance teams to develop proposals and support district needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations governing food service operations.

  • Complete necessary reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Administer all policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar operations.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Preferred:

  • Culinary experience.
  • Strong leadership background with expertise in contract management and customer service.
  • Proven track record in business growth and financial management.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
