Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage critical industrial engineering initiatives, including the development of new methodologies, plant layouts, and equipment installations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of equipment capacity and utilization, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Oversee manpower planning and the establishment of labor standards, focusing on ergonomic enhancements and productivity improvements.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and profitability maximization.
  • Collaborate with plant operations teams to provide strategic solutions regarding equipment layouts and plant capacity.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial engineering.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the DMAIC process and its application for continuous improvement.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment-based visas.

Preferred: Experience in smoked meats manufacturing is advantageous.
