We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital. As a Pulmonary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with pulmonary conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
- Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider.
- One year hospital nursing experience.
- Masters in Nursing.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
