Job Overview

Greenlink Human Capital Management is seeking an HCM Configuration Expert to join our Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless transition of clients to the isolved HCM platform.

The Role

We offer competitive salaries and benefits, including $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible time off, and early wage access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations team members to set up and configure systems for efficient workflows.
  • Lead analysis sessions to determine effective implementation designs.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking configuration projects to meet objectives.
  • Manage system knowledge and integration techniques to meet business needs.
  • Follow procedures to ensure data quality, completeness, security, and integrity throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation, system integration, or related HRIS/HCM system support.
  • Proficiency in data mapping, file transfers, and system configuration.
