Position Summary

The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for translating complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications. They will create engaging end-user experiences that leverage the entire Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint and potentially other platforms and tools.

In this role, they will work on projects that meet challenges in modern business operation workflow, collaborating with departments to build automated business processes, sites and solutions in with user centric design.

They will apply expertise in canvas and model-driven app development, workflows development, dashboards and analytics best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

● Deliver services and solutions for customers (employees) as part of the Power Platform Team using the Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and custom connectors and APIs on the platform.

● Work directly with stakeholders, subject matter experts, business engagement analysts, project/program managers on various projects and

solutions for all departments within the company across all supported countries.

● Be responsible for developing model and canvas driven apps.

● Utilize problem-solving skills to understand user pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.

● Installation and configuration of data gateways; connect to organization data sources to develop Power BI reports and dashboards.

● Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

● Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

● Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 including SharePoint as well as Dynamics 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

● Work in an Agile team setting for task tracking and documentation.

● Review team members design, architecture, and documentation and provide feedback.

● Create system design and information architecture documents

● Act as a solutions architect utilizing design and development best practices

● Support from a technical standpoint other applications such as but not limited to: ITSM, ERP, HRIS and more.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

● Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years experience working in information technology field

● Nice to have certifications include PL-900, AZ-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, MB-900, Project Management

● Experience designing business applications, workflows and dashboards in Microsoft Power Platform using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and SharePoint

● Minimum of 2 years of business systems analysis and/or tech project management

● Experience working with large datasets

● Familiarity working with Azure platform services
