Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and components in our facility. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receipt and Storage: Verify items/components received and perform counts, match to Bill of Labors and packing lists, check for errors, and tag and store receipts in assigned locations.
  2. Material Handling: Oversee material handling, flow, and location placement in CSI, conduct cycle counts and location verifications against movements daily.
  3. Shipping and Receiving: Review shipping schedule with management, oversee the process on Pick & Pack, and Ship within CSI, verify product, count, pallets, and BOL against production documents, and report errors when necessary.
  4. Inventory Management: Separate out packaging and bulk returns from finished goods, return inventory per Staging SOP.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of Warehouse experience required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to operate computers and relevant inventory management scanners
  • Previous experience with ERP preferred
  • Previous experience leading a team preferred

Work Environment:

  • Regularly required to work in areas where chemical materials are encountered
  • Regularly required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • May involve exposure to shop environment including variable noise levels
  • Must customarily have a high consciousness for personnel and equipment safety
