Job Summary

AEMP USA LLC is seeking an experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and operation of utility scale solar projects across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.
  • Conduct research and studies on site to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Manage field activities and implement engineering designs to meet project requirements.
  • Diagnose construction or machinery problems and resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise.
  • Oversee repairs and technical improvements to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment.
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods and walk extensively throughout the day.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must speak and write English proficiently.
Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, based on performance and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

As a Solar Project Engineer, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to project sites across the USA. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, wear steel toe boots, and hard hat, and have reliable transportation to project sites.
