Maintenance Assistant Leader

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our property. As a Maintenance Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the property, including the repair and maintenance of buildings and supporting equipment. You will also be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of your work.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$43,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including monthly and holiday bonus opportunities, career development, and excellent PTO. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality apartment turns, ensuring a high level of quality control and attention to detail
- Repair and maintain buildings and supporting equipment
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of your work
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure the upkeep of the property
Requirements:
- Experience in general building repair, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and HVAC
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
