About the Role

Terminix Service Inc of Roebuck, SC is seeking a motivated Pest Control Specialist to manage an established pest control route. This role involves selling services to new/current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.

This full-time position offers a stable career in a recession-proof industry with unlimited commission-based earning potential. The average income for this role is approximately $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct customer appointments for pest control services
  • Inspect homes to identify pest control issues
  • Perform pest control services according to company protocols
  • Sell additional services to customers as needed
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; paid training provided
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Able to operate and maintain a company truck
  • Able to pass a drug screening
  • Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces
  • Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Sales ability
