About the Role

This flexible Monday-to-Friday daytime position offers an unlimited commission-based earning potential. As a Pest Control Specialist, you can earn an average income of $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and conduct home inspections to identify pest control needs
  • Manage established pest control routes, including selling services to new and existing customers
  • Perform pest control services, such as applying treatments and performing follow-up visits
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide paid training
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces
  • Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
