Position Overview:

The Catering Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing our high-volume catering services, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all catering events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menus that meet client expectations.
  • Train and mentor catering staff in service excellence and presentation techniques.
  • Monitor and manage labor and food costs associated with each event.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and team members to foster positive relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all catering operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in food service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in catering or related food service environments.
  • Strong understanding of food trends, quality standards, and cost control measures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
