Overview
Ka Recruiting Inc. is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year,
depending on experience.

Job Description:
The Point of Care Testing Specialist will work under the general direction of the Medical Director of POCT and assist with ensuring adequate documentation and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing performance and evaluation of function checks, instrument maintenance, and test evaluations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed, including cross-training of laboratory sections during emergencies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
  • Understanding of laboratory systems and certification (ASCP, NCA, or AMT).
