Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at White Collar Technologies Inc. As a key member of our pharmaceutical consulting division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to specialize in life science quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or project management. Our team provides expert guidance on IT, engineering, and quality assurance services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of client interview materials, including presentations and proposals;
- Provide support in the development of relocation packages, including airfare and hotel arrangements;
- Participate in state-of-the-art client project placements, offering competitive salary packages with full benefits, including PTO, sick time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance;
- Collaborate with industry experts to ensure seamless client project delivery and provide 1:1 supervision and support;
- Process immigration visas through reputable attorney firms, including CPT, OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, TN, L1, and Green Card;

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, engineering, or computer science;
- 0-3 years of experience in life science (pharmaceutical, biology, chemistry, bioinformatics) or engineering industry with a focus on information technology, clinical research, quality, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, or supply chain;
- Valid US work authorization and ability to relocate anywhere in the US;
- Virtually able to participate in our training program;
