As a Staff Engineer with extensive software engineering experience, you will join our Engines & Data team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our healthcare policy engines.

Our cloud-native, distributed solution handles millions of claim lines per day while meeting service level agreements for turnaround time.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to bring predictive models into our product suite.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer in a professional environment, with 5+ years of experience working in Python and on Python applications.

A strong belief in leveraging the power of testing and test automation is essential, along with experience as a technical lead in bringing software projects to completion.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 depending on your qualifications and experience.

This position requires a customer-first, quality-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to customers as our North Star.
