YOUR DAY TO DAY
Execute month-end processes and reconciliations for inventory, deferred revenue, accruals, and overhead, collaborating with the existing team efficiently and promptly.
Review financial outcomes of individual projects on a monthly basis.
Prepare cost analyses for various construction products.

Evaluate specific project results by revenue type, ensuring we achieve our targeted profit margins.

Ensure intercompany charges are billed as necessary.
Generate reports as required for analytical purposes.
Assist the Controller with annual financial statements as needed.
Conduct proforma analysis on real estate ventures using established templates, providing insightful feedback as necessary.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING:
We seek a standout candidate with a university degree in Accounting or Finance, proudly holding the CPA designation.
If you thrive in audit environments and have a passion for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, we want to hear from you.

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential – if Pivot Tables, Macros, and VLOOKUP are your go-to tools, you are the ideal candidate.

Strong communication skills are crucial, with verbal and written abilities that are sharp and effective. You will not only manage data but also conduct in-depth analyses with the precision of a seasoned professional.
