This role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour, which includes an average monthly bonus and quarterly team incentives.
While experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory; if you are driven, diligent, and open to learning, we will equip you with the necessary skills to thrive in this position. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in Landscaping, Maintenance, Construction, General Labor, or those who simply enjoy working outdoors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by professionally communicating with clients regarding their services.
- Making suggestions for ongoing improvements in clients' lawn care requirements.
- Identifying solutions for both common and intricate lawn care challenges and actively participating in implementing those solutions.
- Utilizing environmentally responsible lawn care products and adhering to proper application protocols.
- Driving a designated route using a company vehicle.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the company vehicle and submitting requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
- Employing technology (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to navigate routes, manage order specifications, and document job details.
What We Expect from You:
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Department of Agriculture HLT Cat3 Certification, Pesticide License, or the ability to pass a company-sponsored exam within 60 days of hire (specific to certain employees).
- A background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides is advantageous but not required.
- The capability to lift 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work Saturday hours as needed to achieve production targets.
