The hospital offers a complete line of services, including Senior Care and Senior Behavioral Health Services; Emergency Services; Heart and Vascular; Advanced Imaging; Laboratory; Neuroscience Services; Rehabilitation; Sleep Diagnostic Center; Surgery/Robotic Surgery; Wound Care; and Women's Health Services, including a Level III NICU.

The hospital is certified as a Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will ensure optimal patient recovery by conducting in-depth assessments, considering medical history, dietary needs, and preferences. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutritional plans, oversee their implementation, and monitor progress. You will also educate patients and families on healthy eating and navigate restrictions.

You will evaluate supplement needs and recommend options, contribute to the hospital formulary, and maintain accurate records. To stay effective, you will keep current on advancements in nutrition science.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing patient nutritional care.

Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy (MNT).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to educate and motivate patients and families on healthy eating habits.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
