About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include:

  • Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients
  • Assisting the registered nurse in assessment of patient's condition and contributing information to aid in planning and evaluating care
  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to develop or implement an individualized plan of care
  • Checking patients' vital signs, dressing wounds, administering injections and medication, and educating patients and their families about their medical conditions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts or eligible compact state licensure
  • A current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts or eligible compact state licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortability using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation
