  • Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction.
  • Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, promoting their autonomy and dignity in all aspects of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Requirements:
  • Current Maine RN licensure.
  • Experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting (preferred).
