Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and empathetic RN to provide high-quality patient care and support our residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction.
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, promoting their autonomy and dignity in all aspects of care.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Current Maine RN licensure.
- Experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting (preferred).
