Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Rockland Federal Credit Union. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining the credit union's IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions to support business growth and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Maintain and upgrade IT equipment, software, and configurations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cybersecurity and data protection
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff on IT-related topics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, design, and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols
  • Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls; VMware ESXi and Nutanix environment
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud services, including VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, and Azure Security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
